She is easy to get ahold of and always there for whatever questions you have! Joanna sold our home on the side of the I-40 in two weeks. We had assumed it would be a challenging home to sell due to it's proximity to the highway. She was extremely active with listing it, showing it, making sure to react to the market and feedback to get a faster sale and she communicated well during the process. We saw the people who purchased the home and they ended up selling it a year later and using her again for the sale and purchase of a new house so apparently she did a good job for them as well.
